Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverables to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the Service Agreement, you may be eligible for a refund for the undelivered portion of the services.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Prepaid Services: Services that have been performed or delivered in accordance with the Service Agreement cannot be refunded.

  • Custom Work: Any customized solutions or deliverables tailored to your specific requirements are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review: We will review your request and may request additional information or clarification.

  3. Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 14 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to escalate the matter through New Zealand’s Dispute Resolution Services or seek legal advice.

Changes to the Refund Policy

CyberWatch reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
